The Borderline System
This project proposes a universal, future-oriented housing system integrated into the existing HDB slab block typology. In Singapore’s approach to densification, we aim to house people effectively while balancing liveability and comfort.
Drawing on metabolic principles, the design envisions buildings that grow, change and adapt with flexible, cost-effective solutions.
