Sangkara is a speculative reimagining of forgotten Malay folklore, set in a surreal dystopia where cultural figures reappear as distorted echoes of the past.
Through a blend of surrealism and folklore, the project explores tradition’s fragility and invites audiences to reconnect with their roots and cultural identity.
