Projects such as Typing Tembusu and Work(s) in Progress for LASALLE College of the Arts both demonstrate the idea of storytelling through the unexpected everyday—from unfinished buildings that are beacons of progress to seemingly evergreen trees that whisper their stories.

Typing Tembusu
Using photography, letterforms are found in the tembusu heritage tree located in Singapore’s Botanic Gardens, also known as the five-dollar note tree.
The tree is showcased from the perspective of its unique forms which are then archived in a publication, displayed in a stamp collection and depicted on posters.
