Amy is an aspiring writer and graduating with an MA Creative Writing from LASALLE College of the Arts. Her stories have been published in Missed Connections: Microfiction from Asia, Letter to My Partner and SAMPAN 2.
Dust is a feature film about a middle-aged woman who hides her early stage cancer from her elderly widower father.
Instead of seeking treatment, she brings him on road trips to look for his long-lost childhood sweetheart. Along the way, she comes to terms with her mother’s early death from the same disease and reconciles with her fear of loss. Her story comes full circle when she opens her heart and leans on others.
