Redha Nurrita Binte Abdul Samad

Redha is an emerging arts manager dedicated to fostering inclusive and impactful artistic experiences, with expertise in festival planning and artist management.

She is currently working as a project assistant for Absolutely Thai, a non-profit organisation promoting Thai cultural performances and festivals, and as a programme assistant at PLAY!, a collective that organises workshops and performances centred around the simple joy of play.

Redha has experience across a variety of arts-related projects and is recognised for her sense of responsibility, interpersonal skills and teamwork. She envisions festivals and events that not only showcase talent but also forge meaningful connections between audiences and artists. Her commitment is driven by a belief in the arts' transformative power and a desire to make them accessible to all.
