Mavis Lim
Mavis is a classical pianist graduating with a BA (Hons) in Music, specialising in classical performance with the piano as her primary instrument.
Her early passion for the piano led her to pursue higher studies, where she refined her performance skills and developed a deep interest in the theoretical and historical aspects of music.
Over the years, Mavis has explored a wide array of repertoire, appreciating the nuances and evolution of piano music across different eras. Inspired by both core classics and lesser-known works, she strives to bring a fresh perspective to every performance, dedicating herself to creating meaningful experiences for her audiences.
Work
Mavis’s notable performances from her younger years include participation in the Singapore International Band Festival (SIBF).
Presently, Mavis focuses on teaching in her free time, sharing her passion for music and helping her students develop their skills.
