Till The Last Note
Till The Last Note tells the story of Liyah, a single mother caught between the responsibilities of caring for her Alzheimer’s-stricken mother, Ahma, and raising her 12-year-old daughter, Hazel. When Liyah discovers an enchanted cello that temporarily restores Ahma’s memories, she clings to the precious moments of warmth and clarity it brings to her mother’s fading world.
But the music comes at a devastating cost: with each note played, Hazel’s hearing begins to deteriorate. As resentment builds between Hazel and Liyah, the cello transforms from a lifeline to a source of conflict, forcing Liyah to face an unbearable choice—hold onto the fleeting connection with her mother or protect her daughter’s future.
Till The Last Note is an exploration of love, sacrifice, consequences and the difficult decisions that one makes.
