Zeba is an emerging artist who was passionate about art from a young age. She specialises mainly in traditional art-making, and finds painting to be a mode of self-expression for herself. Her artworks, while imaginative and sculptural, tend to be nostalgic in nature.

Zeba enjoys travelling for leisure, snapping photographs of sights and scenes that intrigue her, and compiling images that are later incorporated in her own artistic practice. She has a deep interest in art history, especially Impressionism, and enjoys visits to galleries and art museums.

While initially Zeba documented glimpses of her own life and fond memories, there has been a shift in her practice from childhood portraits to portrayals of nature. The natural world is a source of inspiration to her in her everyday life and many of her works emphasise natural representations.

Zeba believes art is universal and an integral part of one’s existence.
